MATT, a skilled yet solitary carpenter, is commissioned to build a one-of-a-kind chair for FRANK, an eccentric customer. As he pours himself into the work, the project takes on a strange, almost spiritual weight. When the customer arrives to collect it, the encounter veers into unsettling territory, blurring the line between craftsmanship, obsession, and possession. What begins as a simple transaction spirals into a dark, ambiguous exchange, leaving the carpenter to question whether the chair was ever his creation, or if he’s become part of something far stranger.
