When Charlie, a visual arts student from New York City finds Sam's Instagram account, she reaches out to ask whether she can use their work as inspiration for her next project. The two quickly become internet friends, and for Charlie, more than friends as she falls head over heels for a person she has never actually met in real life. Meanwhile, Sam struggles with their identity as a Deaf and queer person.
